T. Strange didn’t want to learn how to read, but literacy prevailed and she hasn’t stopped reading—or writing—since. She’s been published with Torquere Press since 2013, and she writes M/M romance in multiple genres, including paranormal and BDSM. T.’s other interests include cross stitching, gardening, watching terrible horror movies, playing video games, and finding injured pigeons to rescue. Originally from White Rock, BC, she lives on the Canadian prairies, where she shares her home with her wife, cats, guinea pigs and other creatures of all shapes and sizes. She’s very easy to bribe with free food and drinks—especially wine.

About the Undead Canadian series: My Zombie Boyfriend was originally supposed to be a webcomic, written by me and illustrated by my wife. Life got in the way, as it has a pesky habit of doing, and the idea bounced around in my skull for a few years.
I got into writing my own worlds–rather than the fanfiction I typically wrote–in 2013, when my first short story, Belladonna, was published by Torquere Press. Having a story accepted by a publisher was a big self-confidence boost, and everything came together. My Zombie Boyfriend wanted to be written–as a novel.
My Zombie Fiancé came from a very different place. With My Zombie Boyfriend (MZB), the vast majority of the story was created by me and my wife (I offered her coauthor credit, but she refused), over the course of five or six years, before I ever set pen to paper (pencil, actually–most of MZB’s first draft was handwritten). My Zombie Fiancé (MZF) was almost entirely from one source–me.
I’ve always loved a good ghost story, and when one popped into my head with two of my favourite characters, I couldn’t resist telling it!
What I’m working on: At the moment, I’m partway through editing an M/M Western novella–with a secret twist! I’ve just begun editing an M/M sci-fi novel, which I’m hoping to release in the next year or so. And I’m also writing book three of the Undead Canadian series, My Zombie Wedding!
